About Us

OurConservaSea

We were first established in February 2020. The beginning of the formation of this community started with 3 members who worked on creation of information content that focuses on marine issues such as the threat of pollution and habitat degradation. From small steps and supported by a strong passion, we then began to try to collaborate with various other communities on a local scale. This good intention also received a lot of positive responses and support from various parties to expand collaboration between communities and NGOs in various regions in Indonesia, even abroad.

All the support and motivation that has inspired us to contribute more than just content, but also real action. The initial stages of our program started from small projects such as cleaning the beach and sea, by inviting friends around. Later on, we try to go on the bigger scale to give good deeds and impact towards ocean and the coastal community by joining several grant competition. We are so fortune to be one of the winner. All of the amazing supports, has helped us to improve daily and give an even bigger impact to the wider community.

Our team has grown a lot from yesterday. We have engage and raise awareness to more than 500 people until 2022, from various different countries. We have created 3 amazing program, that focused in combating habitat degradation of black corals, and so many more to come. A small step that was initially taken by not knowing what the future would be like, became a glimpse of hope, that we can do more for the preservation of the ocean. Hopefully together we can keep the future ocean that we deserve.
